Dalacin C is an effective preparation for gingivitis. Due to the fact that Dalacin C is a prescription antibiotic, the need for its use in therapy should be determined by a doctor. Do not use this preparation without consulting a doctor. It also does not hurt to gently rinse the mouth with a disinfectant or disinfectant spray.
