Hello, when using the antibiotic ospen 1500 in a child there was a rash on the hands and feet, should I continue to use this drug or discontinue?

A rash on the hands and feet can be an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. You should consult your pediatrician as soon as possible and will decide on what to do next. You may need to change your antibiotic.
