Can escitalopram and ibuprofen be used at the same time?

Hi if taking the drug Escipram and Afobam I can take antibolic ibuprom

The concomitant use of escitalopram (Escipram) and ibuprofen (Ibuprom) may increase the risk of side effects manifested by gastrointestinal bleeding. However, the likelihood of bleeding with the emergency use of ibuprofen during escitalopram treatment is relatively low, so if there is a need, you can take the drug. If you need to use analgesics more often to avoid the above-mentioned interaction, it is better to use drugs containing paracetamol (e.g. Apap).
