Do not use Pylera during Curacne treatment. Pylera contains tetracycline, the use of which together with isotretinoin (the active ingredient in Curacne) is contraindicated. The combination of these drugs may increase the risk of a rare but potentially serious condition called a pseudo-brain tumor, caused by increased pressure in the brain. In some cases, this can lead to permanent vision loss. Always tell your doctor about the other medicines you are taking so that he or she can choose a safe therapy and choose a medicine that does not interact.
