Hello if I take the drug mysimba and I have inflammation and the doctor prescribed encorton. Can they be combined?

Such a combination increases the risk of seizures. If the doctor who recommended Encorton knew that you were taking Mysimba - you should strictly follow the dosing regimen, and if you experience any alarming symptoms, consult your doctor.
