What should I do if I feel unwell after changing from Velaxin to Olanzapine?
Please help. I had been taking Valexin with clozapol for several years and I felt good. Change of doctor and medications. Like a different concept of treatment. now I take clozapol from olanzapine. Two months and it's getting worse. Please help and advice.

Malaise can be the result of drug interactions Clozapol and Olanzapine. Such a combination of increased cardiotoxic effects (may affect the work of the heart muscle) and anticholinergic (may cause, for example, dry mouth, slowing down intestinal peristalsis, bronchodilation). Therefore, if you respond poorly to treatment, you should discuss with your doctor the appropriateness of returning to well-tolerated therapy.
