You did not overdose on the drug. The maximum daily dose of Setaloft is 200mg. According to the Safety Data Sheet, increasing the dose of Setaloft may cause a few days of decrease in well-being and worsening of the symptoms of the underlying disease. If the dose change occurred recently, e.g. within this week, then the malaise is normal. The full effect of the drug can be felt after 2 to 4 weeks. During this time, the side effects of the drug should gradually decrease.
