There is no information that Monural can delay menstruation. Such an adverse reaction is not described in the documentation of the drug. Although some extremely rare side effects may not be included in the leaflet, it seems unlikely that Monural could cause cycle disorders. The most common adverse reactions after a single dose of fosfomycin with trometamol (components of Monural) involve the gastrointestinal tract. Fosfomycin selectively penetrates into the kidneys or bladder wall. If you have menstruated regularly so far, then with a significant delay in your period, it is worth taking a pregnancy test (if you are sexually active), and the lack of bleeding within 7-14 days from the expected date should prompt you to check with a gynecologist.
