How to dose PPIs, Ulcamed, Metronidazole and Ospen drugs for Helicobacter pylorii?

Good morning. Please help and write down in what order and what I can combine with each other in the case of the following drugs saved for Helicobacter pyroli: IPP 40, ulcamed, metronidazole, ospen. Everything I have to take 2 times a day for 1 tablet

If the doctor has not recommended otherwise, the following scheme can be used: In the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablet of PPI 40 mg, 1 tablet of Ulcamed after breakfast, 1 tablet of Metronidazole and 1 tablet of Ospen one hour before dinner 1 tablet of PPI 40 mg and 1 tablet of Ulcamed after dinner, 1 tablet of Metronidazole and 1 tablet of Ospen (so that 12 hours pass between one and the other tablet of Ospen, e.g. breakfast 7 in the morning, dinner 7 pm).
