And did you keep a break between the use of both drugs? There aren't many options in the tablets to use for a watery runny nose - they are all based on the same substance as the one found in Acatar. Therefore, please consider using a nasal spray, or try again to use Acatar/Cirrus but with a time interval from Zyrtec about 2-3 hours.

You can use Acatar tablets, or Cirrus. Both preparations will stop a runny, watery runny nose. Of the preparations for topical use - a spray based on Xylometazoline will also bring the expected results, but it can be used no more than 7-10 days.
