Hello, I have a small problem with administering the drug (Astmodil 5mg) to a child because the drug is given either an hour after eating or 2 hours after eating. And my problem is that the child does not last an hour without food, every now and then he eats, in small quantities but consumes, even those two hours after eating, and so it does not help Me in any way. Only before sleeping in the hours of 22-23 he does not eat anything, but these are already night hours

In such a situation, the drug can be given 2 hours after dinner, which is as you mentioned around 22 o'clock. Doing so will be as correct as possible. Perhaps it is worth building healthy eating habits in the child and introducing a more regular rhythm of meals, then it would be possible to administer the drug an hour before dinner.
