Can I take Acard without consulting a doctor?

I am 51 years old and can I take Akard without consulting a doctor? Sometimes I feel a slight pain under the right breast, it appears every four to five months. And I'm leaving for four months and I don't know if I can take Akard myself.

Acard has an antiplatelet effect. In cardiac pharmacotherapy, it is used for the prevention of primary and secondary m.in cardiovascular diseases (such as heart attack, unstable and stable ischemic heart disease) and other diseases with blood clots and blockages in the vessels. If the blood density is normal and you are not at increased risk of thromboembolic events, then there is no need to use this drug. Not everyone can use it, so you should not take it without consulting a doctor. The pain under the right breast does not directly indicate the above diseases, so I suggest consulting a doctor to diagnose the cause of the problem.
