How to treat gastric hypoacidity?

I have a very bad digestion, it turned out that I have an underacidified stomach, for years. What do you propose for acidification of the stomach? At the moment I acidify with Bolotov sourdough. I want to try other drugs. Doctors will not know how to treat it. Best regards

To @Barbarosa: In order to diagnose stomach problems, you should go to your primary care doctor, who will refer you to a gastroenterologist if necessary.

One of the methods that improves the secretion of hydrochloric acid, the activity of digestive enzymes and digestive efficiency is to drink on an empty stomach or before meals water with lemon or water with fermented apple cider vinegar (not spirit) - 1 teaspoon per half cup of water. If necessary, supplementation with Betaine HCl may also be considered, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/98462/now-foods-betaina-hcl-kapsulki/apteki After using any of the above-mentioned methods, it should be observed whether stomach pain or other gastrointestinal ailments appear. It is also important to take care of a healthy and unprocessed diet (limit the consumption of sugar and stimulants, add silage to meals, e.g. cabbage, cucumbers) and physical activity.
