At what intervals should Budixon Neb and Berodual be used?
Please let me know how specifically I can use inhalations, I mean specifically the hours and the interval between inhalations with Budixon Neb (0.25) 1 ampoule x3 per day, with a second inhalation with Berodual 12 drops every 8 hours, for a child of 5 years

Therapy can be carried out in two ways. In the first - apply the drug Berodual adding 12 drops to 2.5 ml of saline, after 10-15 minutes perform nebulization from the drug Budixon Neb. This order of administration is explained by the fact that the ipratropium bromide and fenoterol contained in the Berodual preparation have an expanding effect on the respiratory tract, thanks to which they somehow pave the way for the entry of steroid molecules contained in the Budixon Neb preparation, increasing its effectiveness. You can also combine both preparations, i.e. up to 2.5 ml of saline, instill 12 drops of Berodual and pour an ampoule of Budixon Neb and perform nebulization every 8 hours.
