Does Solcoseryl have a replacement? What preparation to use for difficult to heal wounds?

Good morning. I am urgently looking for a preparation for poorly healing wounds after abdominal plasty. The wound oozes. I used solcoseryl on another wounded person, but I can't get it. Please recommend a sweeper or something that will help with hard-healing wounds.

In the case of difficult to heal wounds after surgery, I encourage you to consult the doctor who performed the procedure. It may be necessary to surgically clean the wound or use preparations issued with a doctor's prescription. Solcoseryl both in ointment and gel is not available and will no longer be produced (according to the information from the manufacturer of 30.11.2021). The preparation has no substitute. Until the medical consultation, you can try to use preparations available in pharmacies without a prescription to support wound healing.
