All of these drugs are obtained only on prescription, so the need for their use and dosage should be determined by the doctor. There are certain interactions between Doreta and the medicinal substances contained in the medicinal products referred to in the question. However, in general, they do not constitute a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. However, the patient's condition should be monitored more closely. The use of Doreta with Sirdalud may intensify the depressive effect on the central nervous system - an effect that reduces its activity. This may be manifested by excessive sedation, drowsiness and depression of the respiratory center. The combined use of Doreta with Rantudil puts a strain on the kidneys, which is associated with the risk of kidney dysfunction. He proposes to keep a break of several hours (2-3 hours) between the use of Doreta and other medications. I also recommend contacting your doctor if you observe any disturbing symptoms.
