Should I keep an interval between taking Anapran and Trosicam?

Hello, I got Anapran and Trosican 2×1, but did not ask, if when taking these drugs I have to keep a time interval?

Anapran is usually used twice a day (at intervals of about 12 hours) during or after meals, while Trosicam is taken only once a day (one or half tablets), also with a meal. In general, it is not recommended to use naproxen (Anapran) and meloxicam (Trosicam) together, as they belong to the same therapeutic group and combining them may increase the risk of side effects in the gastrointestinal tract, such as inflammation, bleeding, ulceration and perforation. However, if the doctor recommended their simultaneous use (and not alternately), I would keep an interval, i.e. Take Anapran with breakfast and dinner, and Trosicam with lunch. Taking these medicines with a meal reduces the risk of side effects on the part of the digestive system.
