Escitil itself should not increase blood pressure, but please give the names of drugs for hypertension - perhaps here there is some interaction.

For @Zmartwiona: Escitil does not affect the effect of the antihypertensive drugs you are taking. At the same time, this drug can affect the heart rhythm. Therefore, it is contraindicated in people who have experienced cardiac arrhythmias, and special care should be taken in the case of ischemic heart disease, electrolyte disorders, heart rate disorders, after a heart attack or in the case of other heart diseases. Perhaps in the case of your cardiovascular diseases, this drug is not indicated and it will be necessary to change the method of treatment.
