Can skipping a Duphaston tablet interfere with the treatment?
Hello, the doctor recommended me to use duphaston 2 times a day for 10 days before the procedure. I have a question whether if I take one less (unfortunately it fell to me somewhere) or can it somehow disturb the whole treatment? The doctor said that when I accept the whole package, I will get menstruation on a certain date before the procedure.

According to duphaston's Product Characteristics, if you forget to take a tablet, take your dose as soon as possible. However, if more than 12 hours have passed since the scheduled date of taking the medicine, do not take the missed tablet and take another tablet at the usual time. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. If a dose is missed, bleeding or spotting may occur. So there is a certain probability that menstruation will not occur exactly on the date scheduled by the doctor.
