Oedema, hypertension and heart failure have been reported in association with treatment with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as nimesulide, a component of Nimesil). Swelling can also be a manifestation of an allergic reaction, but in this case, the swelling is often accompanied by other symptoms and skin changes. The appearance of swelling or swelling of the feet during treatment with Nimesil should be consulted with a doctor.
