Is it possible to supplement with L-tryptophan, GABA and glycine while using antidepressants?

Can I add Ketrel 50 mg and Diphergan 50 mg to sleep in addition to GABA, Glycine and Tryptophan?

To @JULINKA:

Yes, you can use glycine and tryptophan at the same time, also in the evening – they do not interact adversely. Glycine supports the nervous system and can have a soothing effect on joints, while tryptophan improves sleep quality and well-being.

However, it is worth consulting your attending physician, especially in the case of gout, to make sure that supplementation will not interfere with other elements of therapy. Also, remember about a proper diet and hydration.

Without consulting a doctor, the use of Ketrel and Diphergan should not be combined with supplementation of substances such as GABA, glycine or L-tryptophan. These substances can theoretically affect the functioning of the central nervous system, so before starting their supplementation, you should discuss with your doctor its legitimacy.
