Taking Hepa-Merz consists in dissolving the contents of the sachet in water. Can I use hot water or boiling water. I prefer to drink together with hot water but I do not know if the temperature does not destroy the active ingredients of the drug.

No, if the manufacturer recommended the use of hot water or boiling water, he would include this information in the leaflet. The drug should be dissolved in cool water.
