Because this product is a dietary supplement, it is not subject to URPL - Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, and GIS - to the Chief Sanitary Inspector - as in the case of food. Therefore, if you see a quality defect in the product, it would be best to contact the manufacturer of this food product. The manufacturer's contact details can be found on the packaging.
