This ring works by releasing hormones locally in the vagina, which should not be disturbed by the consumption of aloe vera.

No, active carbon or Nifuroxazide do not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the Ginoring disc. Due to its absorption properties, activated carbon may interfere with the action of drugs taken orally, but it does not affect the action of the vaginal disc.
