Can I use the vaccine if it was stored in the refrigerator in a heat-insulating bag and there was no electricity for 4 hours?

Hi I have a question about the vaccine Haxacima 0.5ml I stored it in a thermal bag in the refrigerator but yesterday unfortunately there was a lack of electricity about 4 hours whether such a vaccine can I give to the child or is already bad, I am not able to say whether the temperature in the refrigerator fell below 5 °. Please reply.

The mere lack of electricity for about 4 hours is not a reason to believe that the effectiveness of the drug could have been reduced. However, I would like to point out that the vaccine should not be stored in a heat-insulating bag. Such a bag is used only for transporting the drug. In the refrigerator, the drug should be stored in the original packaging, without a thermal bag. Due to the fact that the drug was stored incorrectly, its effectiveness may not have been maintained. In such a situation, the drug should be disposed of. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przechowywac-leki
