Without the explicit recommendations of a psychiatrist, you should not use any herbal sedatives if you use Nexpram and Hydroxyzinum, as they may increase their effect. If therapy with Nexpram and Hydroxyzinum is not enough, so you want to reach for additional sedatives, talk to your doctor about it.
