Hypersensitivity to salicylates includes not only allergy to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) but also other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). You can safely take drugs based on paracetamol and sodium metanizol, these drugs do not belong to the NPLZ group.
