People without symptoms of COVID-19 or without clear symptoms of infection should be vaccinated. In case of doubt, you can consult a person eligible for vaccination. In the event that a person undergoing COVID-19 is vaccinated asymptomatically, then the vaccine will most likely not worsen or improve the state of health. Of course, there may be a post-vaccination reaction. The impact on the level of vaccine protection in such is unclear, or at least I do not find reliable sources on this subject.
