Can an expired magnesium tablet harm me?
Hi I took magnesium with vitamin B but I did not notice that its expiration date was until April 2021 or can I be harmed by such a tablet? Sorry for the question but I was a little nervous

Taking an expired mineral (substance that never expires) is very dangerous for your health.
Not jokingly, there's nothing to worry about, a mineral doesn't expire, manufacturers put an expiration date out of obligation but above all because you have to buy the product again!
