Is 1/3 tablet of Trittico CR a high dose and can there be any withdrawal symptoms after discontinuation of such a drug?

Hello, I take from 3 days trittico 75 and exactly 1/3 tablet. I would like to know if this is a large dose and whether there may be any withdrawal symptoms after discontinuation of such a drug. In addition, can trittico during the first days of admission cause dizziness and excessive drowsiness? I mean whether this drowsiness can occur even after 12 hours after taking the tablet.

No, 25 mg of trazodone is not a high dose. This is the smallest therapeutic dose of this drug used. Of course, after the adaptation of the body to such a dose, withdrawal symptoms may appear, although usually if they are at all - they are very mild. Yes, usually for the first 14 days trazodone can cause side effects, e.g. in the form of dizziness or excessive drowsiness, which may appear even after several hours after taking the tablet.
