Does Nootropil in syrup cause elevated temperature and leg pain?

Hello. My 5 year old son has been drinking Nootropil syrup 20% for 4 days On this 4th day he got temperatures. Max 38.4 and complained that his legs hurt. Can it be counted as side effects or rather a coincidence and symptoms of something else, e.g. a cold?

To date, no elevated temperature has been reported with Nootropil. Leg pain has also not been reported: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54395/nootropil-20-plyn/ulotka/114526 I encourage you to consult a pediatrician. Perhaps the symptoms that occur indicate, for example, a developing infection.
