Hello. I live in Greece so I ask to understand Dora. On Monday I underwent.operations to remove the fallopian tubes. I felt good little hurt but on Thursday I got a period and the pain is amazing no medicine helps it. Can I take nospe max. I am 5 days after surgery but the pain is mainly from the period
