Is Gabapentin for a senior 75+ for diabetic neuropathy free?

gabapentin 600 for 75+ for diabetic neuropathy is it free? It is listed as free. Treatment is described for epilepsy, but there is no note that enrolled in neuropathy is not free. Interpretation of the doctor of the type "jaest fully paid" DZ.Pozdrawiam

Seniors 75+ can receive Gabapentin free of charge, in indications reimbursed by the National Health Fund, i.e.: treatment-resistant epilepsy and supportive analgesic treatment in cancer patients. In the other indications registered by the manufacturer, it is a drug for full payment. Thus, the gp's interpretation is correct.
