Why is the shelf life after opening Mucosolvan Inhalations 12 months?
Hello. I have used Mucosolvan Inhalations several times from a bottle that was opened earlier than 12 months ago. Could it be harmful? Why is the period of use 12 months from opening? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Yes, it can be harmful and the preparation may no longer have the same effect as at the time of opening. This is due to the durability of the substances contained in the preparation of the solution - if the manufacturer indicates not to use the preparation after a certain date after opening - this should be followed.
