I was prescribed Fromilid 500 mg 3 times a day - a pack of 14 tablets and Lacidofil shielding tablets 2 times a day. The lady in the pharmacy offered me a better replacement -Flora LGG max (synbiotic). Should I take this synbiotic after the antibiotic is over? How long and how many times a day? Please reply

After the end of antibiotic therapy, you should use a synbiotic as much as possible. The recommended daily intake of the synbiotic is 1 capsule 1 time a day and so you can use the preparation after the end of antibiotic treatment for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks.
