Do @ Mania: I encourage you to use the introduced functionality of the Gdziepoleku.pl portal to check the content of the e-prescription. In order to check the content of the e-prescription, it is necessary to know the e-prescription code and the patient's PESEL: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/sprawdz-erecepte

You can check the code of the issued e-prescription via the Patient's Online Account. You can also make a request to the clinic where the prescription was issued. It is likely that the code for the e-prescription will be attached to your medical records.
