What medicine for fever to give?
After the first dose of Levofloxacin Aurovitas, the fever is 39.4 I gave the patient Polopyrin to lower the fever but I read a huge leaflet and there it says that you should not use this drug. The fever is still high. Can I give Solpadine to lower my fever?

It will be safer to give paracetamol alone (eg Apap). If you have this preparation at home, I would recommend its use the most.
