What over-the-counter medication can I use instead of PPIs?

For 3 days I have persistent bloating, abdominal pain, gas and nausea, belching. A few months ago I was taking PPIs for reflux and for a while Ircolon. The symptoms were similar, though slightly lighter. I ask for advice on what medication I can take, because I have these symptoms very often, and this hinders normal functioning.
