I overdosed on Ibuprom - what should I do?
Good evening. Today I took about 10 tablets of ibuprom and I'm afraid that I overdosed because after checking the dose we should take it jumped out to me that it is 6 tablets. I induced vomiting to return too high a dose of the drug and it happened about 30 minutes after taking the last dose but I did not notice the tablets. Should I go to the hospital and have I had an overdose at all?

Severe intoxication affects the central nervous system and is manifested by drowsiness, and very rarely also by agitation and confusion or coma. Very rarely, seizures may occur. During severe poisoning, metabolic acidosis may occur, and prothrombin time (INR) may be increased. Acute renal failure or liver damage may occur. Patients with asthma may experience an exacerbation of asthma symptoms. If you have coal at home - you can take it, it will absorb an excessive amount of the substance taken. If you experience any of the symptoms I have listed above and you see a doctor, he may order gastric lavage. Cardiac function should be monitored and signs of vital signs monitored as long as they are stable.
