Can Emanera cause hoarseness and phlegm to accumulate in the throat?

Hello! I take EMANERA 0.04 g 1 time per day on an empty stomach. I was diagnosed with chronic inflammation of the stomach and Helicobacter Pyroli and overflow of bile. For 10 days I took Metronidazole-0.5 mg. 2 x daily, Proursan- 0.25g- 1x per night, Enterol -1x daily after breakfast, Amotax 1g- 2x daily. After 10 days of antibiotic therapy, I only take Emanera 0.04g. There are still 30 capsules left to take. While taking Emanera, I noticed that I had hoarseness and I spit out phlegm?, which collects in my throat. Besides, I have dry mouth. Shouldn't this medication be changed , by a doctor, to another? Or is it supposed to be? Please help.
