Nie stwierdzono dotychczas, aby lek wchodził w interakcję z alkoholem, zatem podczas kuracji lekiem Betaserc dopuszcza się wypicie niewielkich ilości alkoholu, oczywiście z zachowaniem stosownego odstępu pomiędzy zażyciem leku. Najlepiej by odstęp wynosił co najmniej 3-4h.
