If, after three weeks of using Linefor 75 mg twice a day, does the pain recur, should the dose be increased?

Good morning, for three weeks I have been taking pregabalin at a dose of 2 x 75 mg (Linefor) , for neurological pain, the pain has passed after a week from the start of taking the above-mentioned drug, now after 3 weeks the pain has returned, do I have to contact a doctor immediately to increase the dose or the drug can still develop its effect and reduce pain?

Najlepiej skontaktować się z lekarzem. W leczeniu bólu neuropatycznego zwykle zwiększa się dawkę leku - w ciągu trzech tygodni nawet do 600 mg pregabaliny (substancja czynna leku Linefor) na dobę.
