Ze względu na fakt, że powyższe leki nie są lekami równoważnymi - różnią się składem jakościowym i ilościowym, farmaceuta w obrębie swoich kompetencji nie może zaproponować takiej zamiany.
W tym przypadku niezbędna będzie konsultacja z lekarzem prowadzącym lub lekarzem POZ zapoznanym szczegółowo z Pańskim stanem zdrowia.
