Can I take fish oil that has vitamin A while Izotek?

Good morning. I take Izotek 20mg. To support my immunity, I bought Myself a fish oil from Apteo. At home, however, I read that in 1 tablet it has 15% of the Reference Intake Value of vitamin A. Is it so much that I should not combine this fish oil with treatment with Izotek?

Z uwagi na zawartość w składzie witaminy A, stosowanie tranu można rozpocząć nie wcześniej niż po 2 tygodniach od zakończenia kuracji lekiem Izotek.
