Can I use Dicortineff in my ear for more than 7 days?

I have a question. Can I take dicortinnef in my ear for more than 7 days. I know that on the leaflet it is advisable to 7 days at the latest 7 days. But I instilled 6 days, and during instillation the ailment passed. After two days after discontinuation of the drug, an ailment appeared. Drops are still important, and helped me a lot.
