Rozumiem, że jest Pani w trudnym położeniu, w związku z nieustępującym bólem. Jednak nie należy stosować leków "z polecenia" innych pacjentów, ponieważ mogą być one dla Pani nieodpowiednie. Każdy lek ma przeciwwskazania, które należy wziąć pod uwagę, a dawkowanie może wymagać indywidualnego dostosowania.
Brak skuteczności dotychczas stosowanych leków przeciwbólowych powinien skłonić Panią do kontaktu z lekarzem, najlepiej ortopedą w celu uzyskania jednoznacznej diagnozy i dostosowanego leczenia.
Leczenie stanów zapalnych narządu ruchu opiera się w dużej mierze na stosowaniu niesteroidowych leków przeciwzapalnych, takich jak Nalgesin, który już Pani przyjmuje.
