Should I prolong my use of Azycin?

Good morning, two weeks ago I finished taking the antibiotic amotaxi 1g because I had a battery after gastroscopy. For three days I have been taking the antibiotic Azycin 500mg 1x1 (3 tablets for 3 days) again because I have a fever severe sore throat. Fever I no longer have, throat I still have red and hurts but less, and I see in the throat a white discharge on the back wall and migdale. Today I took the last 3 pcs of antibiotic. I have a question, do you still need to extend the antibiotic to heal this throat? Will these 3 pieces that I accepted help. Best regards
