Is it possible to combine Flixotide and Pronasal?

Jeśli jest to konieczne, leki Flixotide i Pronasal można łączyć ze sobą.
Taka terapia powinna być możliwie jak najkrótsza, gdyż przewlekłe łączenie leków sterydowych zwiększa ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych, w tym niewydolności kory nadnerczy.

Mimo, iż dziecko wdycha lek Flixotide przez nos, wchłanianie ogólnoustrojowe tego leku odbywa się głównie z płuc, natomiast lek Pronasal wchłania się jedynie w niewielkim stopniu do krwioobiegu i jego działanie jest głownie miejscowe - w nosie. Nie ma konieczności przepłukiwania nosa między podawaniem tych leków. Między ich podaniem można zachować ok. 30 minut przerwy. Załączam linki do pomocnych materiałów:
