Good morning I have a question. Because I'm 163cm tall and all called me a giraffe or a long-legged. I'm almost taller than my parents. Is it possible to do something about it to be lower. Please help.

163? High? They challenged me having 178 in the 7th grade, and now I have 183. I am 15 years old 1 technical school BTW, no one speaks. Probably because there are more mature people. Samodzielnie nie można nic zrobić, aby być niższym. Hamowanie wzrostu jest uzasadnione tylko w przypadku, kiedy jest on nadmierny wskutek choroby. Wzrost należy odnosić do wieku i wagi, w ocenie tempa wzrostu pomocny będzie lekarz rodzinny.
