Leki osłonowe są wskazane u chorych przyjmujących leki zwiększające ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych ze strony przewodu pokarmowego, w tym choroby wrzodowej lub krwawienia. Takimi lekami są substancje z grupy NLPZ, w tym meloksykam będący substancją czynną preparatu Trosicam. Proszę stosować oba preparaty zgodnie ze wskazówkami lekarza.
